I am Licensed Professional Counselor in Dallas Texas area with over 10 years of experience both as a student at UNT at Dallas/Denton. My Counseling experience had allowed me the opportunity to work with both youth and adults. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, LGBTQ, adjustment disorder’s to name a few. I have also worked with people who have experienced physical trauma and emotional abuse such as sexual abuse, family violence, and domestic violence. My counseling style is relaxed, warm and nonjudgmental. My approach to therapy combines cognitive-behavioral therapy , REBT and person-centered. my approach to therapy with each individual is different based upon their individual needs.
