“As we think, so we are.” is a theme central to my counseling practice. As an individual therapist with over 29 years of experience, I have helped people arrive to a place of self-discovery. Together, my clients and I, are able to tap into traumatic experiences, family of origin issues, relationship challenges and explore their emotions to release, re-focus and find relief. I graduated from Loyola University in Chicago with a Masters of Social Work. My formal training, coupled with counseling hours have provided strategies and solutions to relieve depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation and focus.
