I have been providing therapy for over 28 years to a wide range of clients in terms of age and concerns. My approach is listening to my clients and then deciding together which approach is the most helpful. I am client centered, utilizing a blend of cognitive behavioral, solution focused, strength based interventions. In my experience with survivors of physical, sexual or emotional abuse I incorporate trauma theory that supports healing and management of symptoms.
