What I will bring to this venture is 30 plus years of experience, providing person-centered, strength based and trauma informed therapy to adults with a wide range of presenting concerns. I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and am a Licensed Therapist. Together we will lay the groundwork for connection and trust. I am dedicated to creating a safe environment, reflecting validation, acceptance and affirmation, as well as solid guidance. When pain, loss, fear, anger, and indecision are shared, these emotions become understood as part of a person’s unique story. Whether you are struggling with life transitions, recognizing relationship or career patterns that seem self-defeating, or facing more intense and debilitating symptoms associated with panic/anxiety, depression, distorted thoughts, PTSD, substance use, or other self-defeating habits, I can provide a calm presence and the expertise to facilitate movement through the stuck places toward self-acceptance and actualization.
