I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and have completed my certification training for Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR). One of the most important things to me when I work with my clients is to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
