I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions as well as enhancing motivation, self esteem, and confidence. Specifically, I enjoy working with adult women in various stages of life transitions, such as finishing college, becoming a mother, losing a loved one or any other life event they may be struggling through.
