This can leave us feeling frustrated, as well as those we’re in relationship with. We know there’s more to us, but we don’t know how to access this more. And the weight and fear of these expectations often robs us of our ability to make an impact for good in the world. To be sure, our work and friendships, marriage, sex life, parenting, and the like all suffer when there’s not peace in our inner world. I help individuals to better understand themselves and live with greater freedom, power, and love throughout their life and relationships. This is a deeper dive than most traditional therapies as the focus is on helping you to make sense of your inner world and grow from the inside-out. Couples are also welcome.
