Hello. I am a therapist with over 25 years experience. I am a practical, pragmatic therapist who works to teach you different ways to help yourself both now and into the future. My education and experience has shown me that what we learn about ourselves in therapy can be a pathway to a new way of life- free from the issues and stresses that are a constant worry at this time in our lives. My past clients have told me that they enjoy our sessions- I am interactive and helpful (I don’t just ‘nod’ while you talk). Sessions often feel like a conversation with a trusted mentor or other helping person. I really enjoy working with people who experience anxiety, panic disorders and depression as these types of problems are (in my experience) those that respond the best to my style of therapy.
