Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with many people’s life struggles. I have worked with people with many different issues such as life transitions, LGBTQ, couples, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and life’s general difficulties. I also help people who have experienced trauma and abuse. My therapeutic style is that of person-centered genuine interactions. I have a very friendly and open style and I like to meet the client in their world and current struggle. I try to walk in your shoes while I am helping you. My approach combines that of cognitive behavioral, person-centered, solution- focused counseling. I will tailor the treatment to each client’s specific needs.
