Aloha! I am a licensed mental health professional in both states of Hawaii and Nevada with 18+ years of professional work experience. I am also an educator who enjoys lifetime learning and teaching. I have experience in helping clients with psycho-education, cognitive and behavioral concerns, stress/anxiety management, work/life balance, self esteem, depression, identity formation, transition/retirement and general counseling.
