I am licensed in North Dakota and Idaho as a clinical counselor and I utilize an integrative approach to therapy; drawing on different techniques to adapt to the specific needs of each individual. I believe in taking a strengths-based approach to empower my clients and instill hope. My compassionate approach to counseling does not ignore vulnerabilities or struggles, but rather helps clients build resiliency to tackle life’s challenges. I have experience in helping clients deal with stress and anxiety, cope with grief and loss, build self esteem and confidence, & manage depression. I also have training in addressing trauma and a wealth of experience helping teens and their family members to work through conflict.
