I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, coping with addictions, life & relationship issues, along with trauma and abuse. I work with a wide range of adults (over 18 y/o), with individual, group, couples, & family therapy. I have worked with LBQT+, HIV+, veterans, EAP, special needs, faith communities & other specific groups.
