I am a mental health counselor licensed in New York State with experience working with families, youth, and adults . I have worked with a wide range of concerns including depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, self-esteem and self-care. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels.
