Hi! I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with 14 years of experience and a Ph.D. in Psychology. My passion lies in helping people live authentically and thrive. I’ve worked with clients facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use, stress, self-harm, life transitions, and more. I’ve honed my skills in various settings, from intensive outpatient programs to in-home therapy, to private practice and startups.
