I am a licensed professional counselor in Alabama. I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, OCD, panic disorder, social phobia, body image issues, addictions and co-occurring mental health disorders, PTSD, and victims of abuse and exploitation. My counseling style is based on unconditional positive regard. I believe every client deserves a compassionate, non-judgmental environment to share their difficulties. I employ a number of techniques and modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic and mindfulness techniques, and trauma-focussed therapy.
