I’ve been working in the field of mental health for the past 14 years, specializing in trauma therapy and addiction. I have worked in mental health clinics, held a private practice, and have worked for numerous years with the veteran population. I am a very eclectic clinician, trained in multiple treatment modalities and clinical approaches. My approach is non-judgmental and collaborative. I focus on client goals and client-centered needs, with the hope of assisting individuals on their journey toward a life worth living. I understand that individuals know themselves best, and I am there assisting them in the process of unearthing underlying concerns. The work is often about creating awareness in working to build tools and skills to enable healthy coping and positive behavioral lifestyle changes.
