I am a licensed psychotherapist in Illinois with over seven years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I utilize a client centered approach to develop trust and rapport with clients along with an integrative approach that includes narrative therapy, CBT and mindfulness based on the presenting issues of the client. I have experience working with adults, adolescents and children struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, self-harm, relationship issues, bereavement and loss, key life transitions and challenging medical diagnoses.
