There is not a specific type of therapeutic style or approach that works for everyone: age, ethnicity, all this may play a part in stressors and how we cope with them. Therefore, the services are built around the individuals’ or families’ needs, focusing on strengths and values. I believe there is nothing we can’t overcome and the first step is seeking help.
