I work with my clients to understand the source of their problems. Note: I am DIRECT, and I expect clients to be out front with their conversations. Additionally, using your smart phone in a public place, such as a restaurant or even your car is not a suitable place to have a conversation. Using a laptop in a quiet place is much, much better.
