I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. My professional experience has included therapy in an outpatient office setting as well as crisis intervention and therapy within the criminal justice system. I am also long term client of therapy myself. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs – using a variety of modalities and education.
