With a focus on client-centered and strength-based therapeutic models, I have found it most beneficial and effective to incorporate a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Supportive Therapy based on the needs of the individual or family I am working with.
