I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, managing chronic illness, motivation, self esteem, & coping with life changes. I also have experience personally and professionally working with entrepreneurs who run their own businesses. I take a holistic approach in my work with people, because I believe our physical, mental, and emotional health are all connected. This means my approach is more body-centered and trauma-informed, not solely thought-focused (although thought patterns are still important).
