I am licensed in Indiana with 23 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & career difficulties. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. You are the expert in your life and I believe my role as a therapist is to serve as a guide. When we are in the middle of a tough time, we usually aren’t able to see objectively and we might miss things that could help us. My role is to help you identify those helpful tools and insights that will allow you to move through your current challenge.
