I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with experience as a counselor and coach. I help people with anxiety, relationship and communication issues, and people struggling in their careers. I am good at helping people learn to trust and listen to themselves. My personal “why” is to empower others to tap into their own power to live happier, more fulfilling lives. My counseling style is accepting and compassionate. I believe people have the power to heal themselves. I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels.
