I am a clinically licensed social worker in the State of Nevada I’ve been a licensed social worker since 2008 and clinically licensed since November 2017 (license number 7740-C). I am also an approved clinical supervisor for interns seeking clinical social work licensure within the states of Nevada and Alabama. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I also use solution focused therapy. I am a believer of utilizing mindfulness, grounding, and intentional practices.
