I have over 20 years experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults. My clinical approach is solution-based while also using cognitive behavioral techniques. I am comfortable working with a range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, life changes, parenting, relationships, and sometimes just life. I believe that counseling is a place to talk to someone, without judgement, to work out a plan and take steps towards feeling better.
