My name is Helen Cruz. I speak both English and Spanish. I graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology from UCF and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University in Sarasota. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, client-centered, and motivational interviewing. I have experience working with individuals struggling with negative self-talk, low self-esteem, mood instability, substance use, challenging irrational beliefs, anxiety, history of trauma, and identity development.
