I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, licensed in Florida with over 30 years of experience working as a counselor. I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology at Binghamton University and my Master’s in Clinical Practices from the University of Hartford in Connecticut. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety reduction, treatment of panic attacks, relationship issues, parenting problems, stress management, decision paralysis and self-esteem issues. My therapy style is nonjudgmental and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and I am DBT informed. I have received the first level of training in EMDR and am pursuing full certification .
