I am a licensed independent clinical social worker in Massachusetts with 20 years of work experience. My special interest areas include stress management, anxiety, grief/loss, coping with life transitions, conflict resolution, relationship challenges, self-esteem and mindfulness. Life presents many challenges which can causes us to feel overwhelmed and distressed. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental and comfortable space to help guide clients to work through their challenges in order to live a more fulfilling, authentic life. My treatment approach includes providing a collaborative counseling space for clients to build on their strengths, express their emotions, heal, develop coping skills, gain insight and find solutions or strategies to better manage life’s challenges.
