Hello! My name is Holly Irion and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State. I have over ten years experience working in a variety of mental health settings, including community-based agencies, public schools, mobile counseling and higher education. I have worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds with an array of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting issues, gender identity and sexuality-related concerns, trauma, and phase of life concerns. My counseling style is warm and interactive, and I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I meet my clients where they are at and provide a safe space for my clients to be themselves and to never feel judged. My approach is eclectic, with a primary focus on client-centered techniques.
