I am a licensed mental health counselor with 12 years of experience in the mental health field with expertise in areas such as addiction, anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, prenatal and postpartum anxiety and depression, and work place issues. I have been described by my clients as caring, kind, calming, supportive, a good listener, and easy to talk to. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a proven approach to changing thinking patterns and behaviors in a limited amount of sessions. I specialize in working with people who feel overwhelmed by the changing world around them. I help my clients find new grounding, hope, and healing.
