I am licensed in Minnesota with 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients cope with and then thrive within a broad range of mental health issues. My approach is strength based. I help those coping with grief and loss, as we navigate together the spiritual questions that so often arise. I help clients build the skills they need to find resilience in the midst of life’s changes. I also work with individuals dealing with the general stresses of life, anything from lingering dissatisfaction and restless discontent to those coping with anxiety and depression.
