With over 10 years of experience working with athletes and high-achieving individuals. My work with clients has focused on a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, career challenges, masculinity and life transitions. I realized that, for some, prioritizing mental health can be daunting. For this reason, I take a collaborate approach towards reducing mental health stigma using psycho-educational resources and person-first language.
