I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in the state of Arizona since 2004. I was first licensed by the state of California in 1976. For over 25 years, I have helped individuals to managed stress, anxiety and depression. Others, how to cope with addictions, parenting issues, relational discord and family conflicts. You will learn tools that will assist you, in overcoming the challenges that you are presently experiencing. My therapy style is warm, supportive and interactive. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, rational emotive therapy and Ericksonian hypnosis. I will tailor the treatment plan to meet your specific needs.
