Welcome, I am a licensed mental health therapist in Colorado with 8 years of professional work experience and a graduate of Johns Hopkins University. I have a masters in clinical mental health counseling and I have always enjoyed working with people from all walks of life. I have a heart for people and helping others reach their therapeutic goals. I use cognitive behavior therapy, strength based therapy, exposure therapy and art therapy. I have experience working as school counselor and a college and readiness advisor. I have experience working with domestic violence victims and survivors. I offer individual faith-based therapy in a safe, judgement free environment. I have experience helping children, adolescents overcome stress and anxiety, self-esteem issues, depression, relationship issues, and anger management. Also, I am passionate about helping young adults and adults with anxiety issues, depression, self-esteem, career transitions and relationship challenges.
