I am licensed in Texas with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, ADHD, abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I have worked in various settings including outpatient community health clinics, hospitals, hospice and private practice. I strive to provide a compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere in which clients can safely explore and work through their feelings and beliefs that may be keeping them stuck. I have a passion for those who are deeply hurting, or with no idea where to turn. I am not afraid to “sit” with my clients during difficult and dark times. I can sit with you in the dark and help guide you to the light. I understand that it can be difficult and scary seeking counseling. I am very responsive and communicative. I strive to have a conversational and less formal therapeutic setting so that clients feel comfortable.
