I have a passion for empowering individuals and families. I specialize in Perinatal Maternal Health including postpartum depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. Working with women through their perinatal journey is my passion. I have extensive training and experience with Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) and Birth Trauma. When I’m not in my office I enjoy reading books, doing birth work as a Doula and childbirth educator, and spending time with my family. I also enjoy taking trips with my family and raising my son. I look forward to working with you and supporting you along your journey. Currently I only have weekend availability!
