I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, parenting problems, career challenges, relationship issues, OCD, ASD and ADHD. I also helped many people who have dealt with grief and loss and discrimination. My therapy style is inclusive, collaborative, warm and interactive.
