I have experience working with clients, face to face, in groups and through on-line connections. I am experienced in working with multiple issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem and confidence issues, relationship concerns, domestic violence, parenting, trauma/PTSD, anger management, and personal growth. My approach to therapy is empathetic and supportive. I encourage my clients to express their needs, desires, and share what they hope to get out of therapy. I am supportive of all people, and honor diversity. I often utilize CBT techniques to challenge and change negative thinking patterns, Narrative Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness practices.
