Hello, just a quick introduction. I am a Board Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience. I have worked in a military mental health outpatient clinic for over 19 years. I recently retired after 24 years of military service and would like to continue serving the community. I specialized in individual, couples, and family therapy working with adults, adolescents, and children to aid in the areas of anxiety, ADHD, concentration, communication, depression, domestic violence, panic attacks, parenting, and self-esteem. I have additional training in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure Therapy to help address any trauma concerns.
