I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, self-esteem issues, anger management, OCD, ADHD, bipolar, impulse control struggles, parenting problems, grief, stress management, etc. My therapy style is warm, engaging and client centered. I believe in treating everyone with respect, compassion, and sensitivity. I believe everyone should have the opportunity to be heard and validated. My therapy approaches vary depending on the client and the concerns. I use a combination of client centered, cognitive behavioral, humanistic and psychodynamic approaches.
