I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Centenary University. I have experience working with adults, young adults, couples and families. I am passionate about instilling hope in others to work towards reaching their goals. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues and career challenges. Taking the step to begin talking about issues we may be experiencing can be difficult, but I believe that we all have potential to make changes in our lives to feel happier more often. I offer a strength based approach during sessions to allow growth and to work on developing coping and communication skills.
