Hi, I am a BIPOC, licensed New Jersey therapist, with over 10 years of professional experience. I have experience in helping clients, of all ages and backgrounds, with anxiety, motivation, self esteem, adjustment issues, stress (work, relationship, academic, etc.), & depression. Some therapeutic approaches I have had success using ( but not all) are CBT, DBT, EMDR, as well as art and music therapy.
