Greetings! I am Jamila, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Anger Management Specialist and Certified Grief Counselor with over 18 years experience in the mental/behavioral health field. I have provided both individual and group therapy for various populations. I have worked with adults and adolescents with dual diagnoses, substance abuse, military service members and their families. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I want to provide the best level of care to my clients and also provide a challenge in helping you be the person you want to be. We all need a little help with refocusing and finding balance within our daily routines. I realize that in life we get overwhelmed by situations that are unexpected and out of our control and my job is to teach you ways in being present and working at things that are manageable for you.
