Hello! I am an individual and family counselor licensed in both Illinois and Florida with nearly 17 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, adoption/foster care issues, sexual abuse victims, sexual behavior problems and sexual offender issues as well as many other issues. My counseling style is judgement free, warm and respectful. I believe that everyone deserves hope and deserves the opportunity to change and grow. I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic and reality therapy to help my clients live their best lives. We will work together to develop a treatment plan that is specific to your wants and needs, creating achievable goals and objectives.
