I am a Doctor of Psychology and a practicing Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I have over 18 years of professional work experience in the field of behavioral health. My areas of expertise include (but are not limited to) helping clients who have performance-related issues, work stress, relational concerns, grief and loss, & life transition problems. I believe human beings operate at optimal levels when mind, body, and spirit are in balance.
