I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 30 years of experience. I hold a current license in Florida and have practiced both in New York and Florida. While I have experience in all areas of mental health, my specialties are treating anxiety and stress, the spectrum of mood disorders (depression and bi-polar), chronic health issues, relationship difficulties, work related stress. I am trained in cognitive behavioral, family systems and object relations therapy. I offer a variety of interventions depending on your needs. I am actively engaged in the session, helping you to articulate your thoughts and feelings and defining what’s important to you.
