Hello! I am licensed in and have worked in Wisconsin for 10 years. I have experience in a variety of settings including group therapy, residential therapy, and outpatient therapy. I work with all genders and age groups. I have the most experience working with depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and trauma. I use an eclectic approach but use cognitive behavioral therapy the most. I have about 5 years of experience with dialectical behavioral therapy, both in the group setting and individually. I am a strong believer in the mind-body connection, and I’m also educated in how nutrition and exercise impact mental health. I pride myself on being open-minded and non-judgmental.
