I am a licensed, bilingual (English/Spanish) clinical psychotherapist in the state of Florida, with more than 26 years of experience in the field of mental health, helping clients of all ages, improve their emotional and psychological wellbeing by the use of clinically proven therapeutic approaches, empathy and a deep understanding of each individual’s needs. I am passionate about empowering my clients to live independent and healthy lives, helping them develop effective ways to manage everyday stressors, cope with life challenges and encouraging them to adapt healthy cognitive and behavioral patterns of living.
