I have been counseling for over 10 years. I took 3 years off to focus on wholïstïc wellness & shamanistic healing. In that time it forced me to gain insight & enlightenment in to my deeper purpose for being on this planet. Growing up in the inner city of Chicago I seen so much at a young age. It forced me to always seek peace and protect my energy from adverse entities being emerged in so much emotional & spiritual deprivation. After being so helpful to thousands of clients burnout set in. I took 3 years away from counseling and participated in multiple spiritual wellness retreats and gained clarity about my path on this planet & now more grounded and intentional then I have ever been. I live in a state of Flow & practice being present. My inner child was revived & now I assist others in discovering their Purpose and assisting them in being alignment to their core values & divine destiny. I use art therapy, nature therapy & innerchild healing techniques to assist my clients in gaining & grounding a deeper sense of stability while on this planet. Assisting you in Re-Learning to love ourselves is my primary objective while fearlessly coping with our daily test & opportunities for greatness.
